Sven's and my submission for 2008's AGILE conference. Unfortunately, the paper lacks an implementation. But in this case I would claim that there is nothing we can do about it. It lies in the responsibility of the data providers to incorporate quality metrics and user feedback tools to visualize certain quality properties like completeness.
